I've been trying to make a paypal account for the last week and when i try to link my bank account, i'm presented with the screen where i have to face my Zairyu card to the camera. The app recognizes it through all three phases but then i keep getting the mail saying i got refused. I dont have a credit or a debit card either so i can't link those. Anyone experienced this ?
