question for onigiri aficionados. I make onigiri every now and then, but I never prewrap them because I find the seaweed gets limp and hard to chew through. I see that in some of these shops they have them prewrapped. Do these shops’ onigiri have this weird texture or do they have a trick to keep the seaweed in a good condition?
