Looking at this site (and maybe others/ https://www.diy-shop.jp/item.php?cc=0000087770, which seems like a pretty well-known online market, the flooring prices are half price for seemingly all brands, and doesn't seem to be a short term sale.
I'm working on getting some reforms done, but often reform companies want to buy the materials they use. Should I expect the discounted price…? Is the MSRP just artificially inflated for marketing purposes, or is it perhaps only applied to new or business construction?
