Looking for good private onsen options around Toyama

Hi all, long time lurker first time poster here. Planning a trip for a honeymoon and wanted to schedule a few days away from the cities of Kyoto and Tokyo with a quieter, private onsen experience just to decompress.

Does anyone have any recommendations for onsens/hotels/ryokans in the Toyama region that would be able to fit that?
