Estimated income tax prepayment

I received an Estimated income tax prepayment letter asking me to pay income taxes for the next year.

The issue is that I’m moving out of Japan very soon (in the next coming days). I have two questions:

1) Do I have to pay these taxes or can I just ignore this letter and pay the right amount in March next year?

2) If I cannot ignore it… how should I make the payment? Is it an issue if I’m not a resident anymore?
