How likely is it to have “acceptable” living as a Cybersecurity bachelors and USA military veteran

Hello All,

For background; I am currently serving in the US military (Cyber), and I was / am interested in moving to Japan (after my contract in a few years.) The original reason I got my degree was to do the JET program, but I decided to do the military after being rejected for a second time and gain more life experience (am 30 currently). I know it is quite a niche of a question.
My question is this, how likely it is to get a job in Japan(in cyber technology) for work visa with prior military experience. I am looking for hopefully a more western facing organization / one forward facing in their ideals.
TLDR: How likely is it to get an Information / Cyber Technology job with a degree and military experience.

Edit: As given by meowmedusa recommended including current Japanese level. Which is non-existent. Though now after thinking about it will start to learn it now
