I Really Don’t Know What “ Parent and child’s Tororo” Is !!!

I often travel to Japan and have found that Google Translate is really unbearable when it comes to translating menus!

So, I created my own translator. It has been specially optimized for menu translations and can accurately translate ingredients.

Additionally, sometimes even with a translation, it's hard to know what the dish actually is, so I added an introduction feature. This feature clearly shows what the dish is, what it tastes like, and its calorie content. (btw I am personally prone to allergies, so I also included allergen information.)

If anyone else is facing the same issue, feel free to message me for more info

  1. I found ChatGPT-O and Google Gemini both quite good in translating menus and signs accurately.

  2. Sounds like a very useful tool, the translation sometimes is so crazy.

As for the specific dish you’re referring to, look up “Oyakodon”, the literal meaning of the name of this dish is “paren and child” it’s a kind of donburi, very popular dish in Japan. It’s made out of both chicken and eggs and therefore the name.
