I went to print a small booklet at Kinko's Kyoto, near Karasuma station, but the page order was wrong. I asked for a simple binding. Since I went to print before closing time, they were rushed, and I didn't get time to check if it was correct. Can I ask for a reprint at no cost? My Japanese is still progressing so I am not sure if I can ask correctly either. Any advice?
