iijmio changed the way that they register credit cards. I tried to change cards and was told that my info doesn't match. It looks like they're using the カタカナ name to verify instead of romaji, and when I signed up I didn't put my middle name in. Of course my Japanese credit card has my middle name.
I am absolutely tired of jumping through hoops like this when I want to give them money.
Ahamo sounds like similar service with some added benefits like roaming and free calls for five minutes. Has anyone has good experience with them from the foreigner side of things?
I would prefer not to go through rakuten.
