Hey folks, I'm gonna be moving to Yokohama from Hokkaido in a few weeks and am looking to get out! In previous areas I've lived in (including rural Hokkaido), I've always been able to find some kind of website or social media page advertising cool upcoming events – whether it be live music, exhibitions (art or otherwise), lectures, festivals, etc. At the moment, MeetUp is what I've got so far, but I imagine there must be much more out there.
Do y'all have any recommendations for websites or other resources to find cool opportunities for things to do in the area? I'd like to focus on Yokohama but am very open to Tokyo as well. Thanks for the thought!
