Is my exchange voucher late ?


Hello everyone!

I ordered my JR Pass on July 15th. The email from Jrpass.com stated that "Your order will now be processed and dispatched within 1 business day." Since then, I haven't received any further emails, I'm sending this on July 18th.

I understand that there might be some delays during the summer, holidays, etc., and that no updates are provided until the order is shipped. I'm trying not to worry too much. However, I wanted to ask if this is normal. Here are a few possibilities regarding my situation:

  1. The delivery is to Tunisia, and it says it takes 7 business days. Perhaps the voucher needs more time to be prepared.
  2. I plan to activate it on October 13th, so maybe they are deliberately issuing it a few days after my order? (90 days exactly)
