I am thinking of ordering a new tv from a seller at kakaku.com. Looking at the reviews the seller looks legit (98% from more than 50 reviews).
However I am still concerned considering this seller only accepts money transfer and no credit card. And reviews could also be fake.
So does anyone have experience with the small sellers at kakaku.com?
Also regarding these sellers I have 2 additional questions:
If the tv has a 1 year manufacturer guarantee, that counts normally from the date of purchase, does this also apply to these small shops, or is it 1 year from the time the ship bought it from the manufacturer?
Some sellers use kaago, which seems to be a selling platform provided by kakaku.com, does this offer somehow better customer protection?
