I will be visiting Osaka in Oct 2024. With an elderly travelling with us, we want to minimize walking and stairs climbing in train stations.
I have drove in Ashikaga and it was a pleasant experience, which made me consider driving in Osaka.
However, I read that driving in Osaka can be a nightmare when it comes to parking, parking costs, tolls, narrow roads, etc.
Any thoughts on this?
