Hello, my wife and me are moving to japan, we have the visa and all that stuff and I read that, if we arrive to Narita, we are getting the residence card in there. None the less, we arrive around 5-6 am and we are wondering if we are going to get it there, or we have to wait for the offices to open, does anyone had that experience before?

You get the card when going through immigration, so whenever the plane arrives is fine.
According to https://www.isa.go.jp/en/about/region/narita/index.html
>Immigration checks will be conducted in accordance with flight schedules.
So you should be fine
