Itinerary review: 13 days for a family of 4

Any suggestions on the below itinerary for a family of 4. First time visiting Japan with parents (late 50s) and sister. Parents have some limited mobility, so no plans to hike/stair heavy attractions. Trip is scheduled to start from 2 week of September.

Day 1 (Tokyo): Arrival transfer to hotel

Day 2 (Tokyo): Sensoji temple (early morning or late in night), Sumida River Park, Asakusa Matcha Green Tea Experience (optional), Akihabara

Day 3 (Tokyo): Tokyo Station, Tokyo Imperial Gardens, Yasukini Shrine

Day 4 (Tokyo): Meiji Jingu Shrine, Shibuya – Go to starbucks for view

Day 5 (Tokyo): Teamlab Planets ,Toyosu Wholesale Fish Market, Odaiba Sea side park

Day 6 (TOKYO-KYOTO): Bullet train to Kyoto, Kyoto Imperial Palace (closes at 4:20 pm)/Nijo Castle

Day 7 (Kyoto): Kiyomizu-Dera Shrine, Yasaka Shrine (optional), Gion

Day 8 (Kyoto): Arashiyama Bamboo forest, Togetsukyo Bridge, Kinkaku-ji Temple

Day 9 (Kyoto): Nijo castle, Nara Park, Todai-ji Temple (Great Buddha)

Day 10 (Kyoto-Osaka): Shinsekai market, Dotonbori

Day 11 (Osaka): Osaka Castle, Umeda (optional Pokemon store), Umeda Sky (optional)

Day 12 (Osaka): Universal Studios, Kaiyukan aquarium (optional)

Day 13 (Osaka): Return back home

Any/All suggestions/feedback will be much appreciated. Also, haven't booked accommodation yet…so open to suggestions.
