Hi all
I would like to change the windows in my apartment from the single ply old Japanese standard with a shitty frame to double ply with a proper frame. The reason is I’m tired of humidity seeping in during the summer and heat escaping during the winter.
I heard that if you change all the windows in your place you might be eligible for some sort of rebate from the government because of energy efficiency etc.
My question is twofold:
Does anyone know anything about these rebates and how to find out more?
Can anyone recommend a good company for changing the windows and frames?
