Hey. Just got a Postdoc offer at the Kyushu Uni in Fukuoka. The offer is around 4 MIL YEN/year, before taxes, for 2.5 years. No other benefits… Does anybody know what are the taxes for this salary + location, and could recommend any good real-estate agencies that work with foreigners, in the area? Thx in advanced
