Learn Kanji readings alone or & w/ audio?

Would be it be more effective to learn Kanji by just readings (eg; RTK) or with both readings and audio (eg; WaniKani)?

  1. 1. No reason not to learn it without audio

    2. I find them easier to remember when I heard them before, I’d say 1/3 of them I recognize by me trying to actually pronounce it and then remembering how is supposed to sound

  2. I would recommend to learn them through vocabulary and so will alot of other people. It’ll be too much work to remember every single reading unless you have a great photographic memory but that does sound like a great idea to use audio with the readings.
