Recommending a good Hotel in Tokyo for a family

Hello all!

I am organizing a family trip to Japan and actually struggling finding some good Hotels in Tokyo for our need: we are a family of 4: (2) adults, (1) 3 years child and (1) 10 months baby. We are looking for a Room big enough for us, at least 1 queensize bed and 1 single bed.

Any suggestion?! Thank you!

EDIT: You are awesome! Never seen a comunity so supportive. Meanwhile I try to answer to each of you, here are some more details:

• Fell comfortable to spend around 35000 yen/day, not a mandatory constraint by the way.

• Bunk bend is something we would like to avoid, because we think the children will be too young.

• We will spend no more than 5-6 days in Tokyo.
