One day trip to Cape Kamui by car

Hi everyone,

This is my first time visiting Hokkaido, and I'm planning to rent a car from my hotel near Sapporo Station to Cape Kamui on 11th July (Thursday ). Here is my itinerary for the day. Please let me know if there is anything I might have missed or need to be aware of:

1. Depart from hotel near Sapporo Station (8:30 AM)

2. Pick up car rental at Keio Plaza (9:00 AM)

3. Arrive at Cape Kamui (11:00 AM), stay for around 45 minutes

4. Visit Shimamui Coast (12:45 PM), stay for around 30 minutes

5. See the Otaru Steam Clock (2:35 PM), stay for around 20 minutes

6. Explore Otaru Aquarium (3:00 PM), stay for around 2 hours

7. Return to hotel near Sapporo Station (6:00 PM)

8. Return car (7:00 PM)

Can you suggest places to have lunch or dinner, or any recommended restaurants that a tourist should try? It doesn't need to be fancy.
