Guidance Needed for Handling Name Change Post-Naturalization

I’ve recently received approval for my naturalization application in Japan. While I'm excited about this new chapter, I need some guidance on handling my financial accounts and documents as my name will be changing. Here’s a bit about my situation:

Personal Info: I am a single male, non-US citizen, working full-time at a Japanese company. I also started working as a 個人事業 this year.

Bank Accounts and Credit Cards:

Rakuten: Bank Account, 2 Credit Cards, NISA

MUFG: Bank Account

PayPay: Bank Account, Credit Card

Epos: Credit Card for rent payments

Other financial services: Splitit, Bitflyer, Wise

Tax Return: I’ll be filing for 個人事業 and ふるさと納税.

Income and Expenses: Salary and freelance income go to my Rakuten Bank account, and all utilities are paid with a Rakuten Credit Card.

Debts: I have no loans.

How should I handle the name change? What other things should I keep in mind during this process?
If anyone here has gone through a similar experience or has any advice, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Thank you!
