A few things I would like to add-on:

  • Days 1-4 feels really bold in terms of how tight the schedule is. I have done the calculations, and it seems possible, but I need more eyes to really know if it can be done or not.
  • For transportation, I have looked at the JR-East Pass (Nagano, Niigata Area) but I haven't exactly calculated the costs and whether it would be cost-effective for the trip.
  • For the free days, it was done to loosen up the schedule and keep options open for us as we would like to explore some other stuff by ourselves too. Personally, I am thinking of exploring Shimokitazawa and at the same time attend one of the indie concerts in the area. Then, rest the other day and not do much.
  • The hotel for Tokyo will be planted in Akasaka and we will do all our travelling from there. The default time we plan to leave for each day will be 8-9am. (whenever the morning is scheduled)

Once again, I'm entirely open to any suggestions and comments. Thank you very much!
