  1. Your fingers are too wet. Rice ball will not stick if there’s too much water and you applied pressure in the wrong step

  2. So I saw that other people have used salmon from Costco for raw sushi. Is it labeled in store as “sushi grade” or what should I look for. I’m land-locked and cannot find anything, save for special ordered, that I would be comfortable eating raw. Is this one of those situations where you should freeze the fish first to eradicate any possible parasites or what?

  3. I’ve been using the same fish. Tastes great and such a huge bang for your buck. I live in Humboldt County, CA and there is no all you can eat so instead of me spending $60-80 on rolls I make it home. Great job, looks amazing.
