Has anybody invested in off base housing property in Okinawa and rented it out to military personnel? Just a bit of background on myself, I lived in Okinawa from 2003 to 2013. First 5 years I was active duty and the last 5 years I was a GS employee. My wife is from Okinawa and we have been living back in the states ever since.
