Average cost to bleach/dye your hair in japan?

I’m visiting japan this winter and was thinking of dying my black hair to white. Cosmetic anything in America is outrageously expensive, but japan tends to have cheap beauty maintenance.
Of course it depends on the salon and who is dying your hair but what would you say is the average.
