hello, i came to japan 3 weeks ago and i’m trying to get a my number card via the application process on a phone. The problem is that i can’t upload the picture and as such, am stuck at the 4th step of application.
I keep getting a message that say the file is too big but it was within the limit of 7mo to begin with and i even compressed it to a size of 1.5mo.
Did anyone get the same thing ?
Any help is appreciated, sorry English isn’t my first language so it got pretty long.

Too big in number of pixels perhaps?

Ahh remember having the same problem that I can confirm. But forgot how I fixed it…maybe I took a screenshot with my phone of the picture, cut it and then reupload but don’t remember in detail.
