I have a bachelor degree, 1 YoE in IT, my recruiter is asking if I am willing to take Haken jobs?

as a foreigner it's normal? it's possible to get a full time work after that? my Japanese is roughly N3, I am a non native English speaker. There are some advantages in being Haken?
