Paid leave during notice period

I have about 10 days of leave left, and will get 15 more days added next month as it's the start of a new fiscal year. I'm planning to switch jobs and will start with the new company on October. So can I take 25 days off on September? Although the newly added 15 days were for the "whole year", can I take these on my last month without legal repercussions?

I'm thinking about letting then know 2 months early so I can handover the tasks and then start the leave.
