Thinking about moving to Japan next year for language + work

Hello everyone, as mentioned in the title, I am thinking of moving to Japan next year for finding work in biopharmaceutical industry/ biotech. It's my wish to go there and work as I know a fair bit of Japanese ( JLPT N3 qualified) and from what I have heard so far, Japan seems like a country I'll love.

I know I will definitely need N2 to be able to apply to jobs there, that's why I'm searching for language schools and making a plan for it.

My real question is, and the bit im worried about, is the biopharma industry good in japan? When I say good, I mean are they hiring for people working in drug discovery, life sciences, biotechnology and are the people making decent pay out of these jobs?

Sorry if this seems a pathetic question, I've heard japan is good for IT and automobile but haven't heard any of biotech side of Japan. I don't know if Japan has any biotech "hubs" or not ( like SF, Bay area for eg)

People here who are in biotech/life sciences and are in Japan, What do you think about my case?
