I am writing this for my daughter and her boyfriend who is planning to move to Japan in the next few years. I would like to help them as much as possible make their plan, dreams, and goals come true. Therefore, I am writing this.
Me: I was born and raised in Japan and became a Canadian citizen – renounced Japanese passport, My parents live in Japan. I am a child of Japanese national parents.
My daughter: who is a half-Japanese and holds a Canadian citizen/passport – planning to move to Japan and stay for at least 2 years.
I don't know from this information (I don't know if the information is enough to determine what visa options she has. I have spoken with my friend about it and he suggested that my daughter applies a working holiday visa so that she can also work 20 hours a week.
