Places to get city shots of mt fuji where i wont be part of the obnoxious tourist problem?

Anyone know where I should look for photo spots that contrast mt fuji & cityscape that dont have an overtourism problem. As much as id love to get that classic honcho st shot, id rather not be that guy.
