For well over a month now there has been a vehicle illegally parked at my building and nobody seems to want to do anything about it. Not only is it illegally parked but it is also blocking an emergency exit and two other motorcycle parking spaces. In the middle of May I reported the vehicle to the police that turned out to be a complete waste of time. The owner of the vehicle somehow found out it was me that reported his vehicle and has since been harassing me and even tried to follow me to my building unit. Since this initial reporting I have reported the illegally parked vehicle to the management company but again a complete waste of time. I have since reported all of this to the Sumida Ward Office via email so that it was documented to which I got an email stating it could take up to 7 days to hear back from them, that was two weeks ago. Not sure what else to do. You might be asking why do I care so much. Well for two reasons. One reason is I along with many others pay for parking at our building and it isn't cheap, why should he be allowed free parking. The second is if there was ever an emergency I don't want to get stuck in the building. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
