Anything obvious I missed? Any days that can be compressed? Am I staying in too many towns when I could be using one as a base instead? General interests are art, history, gardens, a smattering of hiking. I am open to adding/cutting a couple of days anywhere along this itinerary,
Not too interested in anything after Yonago tbh; I'm not too into sand dunes lol, it was just nearby. My other thought was to go Yonago -> Takamatsu -> Kobe (via ferry) -> Osaka. I've been to Okayama and Kurashiki. Maybe someone has thoughts?
