I recently downloaded the suica app to buy a commuter pass from it. I didn’t transfer any used cards and purchased a new one from the app and paid it with apple pay then saw it went through but as it was processing to transfer it to my apple wallet, the whole thing disappeared. Whenever i would load the app, there’s nothing. I have also reset my phone but still, nothing changed. Then i got a notification mail that the money actually went through, yet i couldn’t find any suica card from the app as well as in my apple wallet… Any idea how i can resolve this issue? Should i report it to one of their offices? Or should i just accept the fact that i lost the money i’m supposed to use for commuter pass? 🙁 I’m pretty sad about it as it’s about 18,000 yen
