Living over or right next to a conbini? Any experiences? Yay or nay?

Hello friends,

I'm in the process of looking for a new apartment, and one of the options I am seriously considering is right above a 7/11.

I know that living over a restaurant is generally not recommended, but I'm curious if anyone has experience with convenience stores.

My main concerns are pests and noise. I assume trucks come from time to time to drop off supplies? Otherwise, it's in a pretty quiet neighborhood so I don't think there would be much noise from loitering.

I'd appreciate any opinions 🙂

EDIT – Looks like there's some mixed opinions. I'll err on the side of caution and avoid this option.
