japanese language without kanji

japanese without kanji

hi,
im interested in learning Japanese but without the kanji

i want to start by learning the most daily used words, without grammar or kanji, then after listening to enough audio ill be able to figure out their structure sentence

i think this is the easiest way to learn Japanese, but i don't know why others say to learn kanji first, many famous youtubers who learnt many languages did it orally

edit : thanks for the suggestions, but i refuse to learn by writing as i dont plan to visit japan
