I'm reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing delays with their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) issuance in Osaka. I applied back in December, but I still haven't received mine. The only update I get is that it's "in processing."
To make things more frustrating, my friends who applied at the same time as me but in Tokyo have already received their COEs and are now in Japan. I'm wondering if this delay is a common issue for those applying in Osaka or if there's something else going on.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
