A few things came up at work. I talked around my preferred way of talking but I'm wondering what are the correct words as follows:
* "The completion date for the share purchase contract will be July 31, 2024". Is the correct verb in Japanese 成立? Completion in this context would be when everything happens, not signing date.
* "The materials were served on the defendant yesterday"? Is there a formal word for service of legal process or is it just something like "watashita"?
