Someone here knows how to use furigana on Word/documents?

Furigana, those small hiragana characters above Kanji.
Do you know how to write texts with furigana on docs or Word? My Japanese teacher used to do it so easily.
I didn't find any tutorial that would really help me.
I bought my laptop here in Japan so I guess it shouldn't be a problem related to this.
