My apartment only has an AC in the living room, so I’ve decided to buy another one and install it in the bedroom. I asked the management company for permission and they said it’s okay.
I also asked them if I have to take it out when I move out one day, and I offered to leave it installed and ready for the next tenant instead. They said I have to take it with me.
Why wouldn’t they want an additional AC that they won’t have to pay to get or install?
