Yamero vs Yamete

So I'm a little confused and have some questions on both of their uses. I'm trying to write a short story with some Japanese in its dialogue with Japanese characters. I want a character to basically command his younger sister to stop in her place, preventing her from going somewhere to protect her.

I was thinking やめろ would be correct, but I also wanted to add ください at the end so the character is saying ”やめろください”. Is that correct? Or because of its stronger nature it should just be left by itself without ください. I know やめてください seems more common since I hear it a lot. But I just wanted to know if its acceptable to use.
