hey yall. right now, i have rakuten hikari for my home internet and pretty much since installation, my internet has been horribly slow (especially in the evening). however the past couple weeks, ive been getting speeds like the above. i get the same speeds with both wireless and wired connections and i am using ipv6 connection. does anyone know what could be causing this?
im suspecting that it's just a provider issue, as ive heard rakuten hikari is pretty bad across the board. im in the uruma area if that makes a difference. does anyone have any recommended providers?
