I and my partner are so excited to visit Kusatsu in December, around Christmas time. There seems to be so many different Ryokan to choose from and I'm have a having a hard time sorting through them all. For context, my partner is male and I am female, he is tattooed heavily in the upper arm and upper back. The top of our budget would be $500-600/night and we would prefer if there was an option to have a private bath in the back of our room to ourselves (not a public one that we would reserve to have privately). In addition, we are huge foodies and would love if the place served meals. Thank you for the help 🙂
