NJPW has released the full cards for all block nights except the final B block/regular block night, as well as the match order for shows up to the 12th (so excluding the final two regular block nights). The full cards can be found on NJPW’s Japanese site and English site (where they are actually readable now).
Here are the announced Semi and Main Event matches, in that order:
7/20; Edion Arena, Osaka— Tsuji vs Takeshita (B block), Naito vs Shingo (A Block)
7/21; same venue— Naito vs ZSJ (A), Tsuji vs Finlay (B)
7/23; Hiroshima— (A only) SANADA vs EVIL, Naito vs Jake Lee
7/25; Kagawa— (B only) HENARE vs Finlay, Yuya vs Takeshita
7/27; Nagasaki— (A only) ZSJ vs Jake Lee, Naito vs EVIL
7/28; Fukuoka— (B only) Finlay vs Narita, Goto vs Tsuji
7/29; same venue— (A only) Shingo vs Gabe, Naito vs SANADA
7/31; Yamaguchi— (B only) Goto vs Narita, Takeshita vs Finlay
8/3; Osaka— (A only) Shota vs SANADA, Shingo vs ZSJ
8/4; Aichi— (B only) Goto vs Takeshita, Tsuji vs Narita
8/6; Korakuen Hall— (A only) Shota vs Naito, Shingo vs SANADA

Other notes:
Undercards on single block nights do feature previews for the next block night.
No interesting names on the undercards, besides that they did put Tana on some of the ones that are bigger shows or weaker block nights (7/28, 29, 8/4, 10, 12).
Jake Lee tags with War Dogs (Lee is listed on the English card as representing NOAH/GLG), while Takeshita tags with UE (Ospreay just recently left The Callis Family, but this may be a favor to Callis or something involved with that).
They’re seemingly not super concerned with preserving Shota’s health because he’s scheduled for undercard matches.
