Which cycling track should I cover: North Lake Biwa or South Lake Biwa?

I have one day dedicated to cycling lake biwa and I will be using an e-bike. Should I go for South lake (50 km) or North Lake (150 km).

I want to go for the longer north lake track but I am worried I won't be able to cover it in one day.
