Smoke from Suzuki motorcycle engine after oil change

Hello All,
I bought a Suzuki V strom 250 bike last year (07Oct2023) from "Bike center". And made an engine oil change after 1000km at the same place. For the 2nd time oil + filter change, I gave it to another bike shop (70 year old Official Suzuki shop) near my home. Unfortunately the mechanic attached oil filter without removing old oil seal. Due to that oil was leaked through oil filter gap while i was driving and created a smoke. This happened around 11:00PM. I immediately stopped at near by 7-eleven and asked my friend to pick me. Next day i went & informed the bike shop and shown video of smoke, they accepted the fault and immediately brought my bike to their work shop and fixed it. Also they committed please bring back if any problem happened in the engine.

But the problem is, I feel performance difference right after from that fix. Like power (starting torque) is reduced. So informed them again. But they checked and keep telling no problem. I think clutch plate might have damaged because, bike ran for sometime without oil.

Unfortunately, i was not able to prove them. Seems they accept only when engine noise happens or something.

Now i dont know how to prove it..Is there any thing that i can escalate this to someone to look into this…?

I think my bike has 1 year maker's warranty. Does it support such case?

Kindly, help me. Thank you in advance.
