Knee specialists/orthopedists recommendations

I am seeking recommendations for the best orthopedist in Tokyo specializing in knee injuries. I have not had positive experiences with Juntendo Hospital and Tokyo Takanawa Hospital in the past, both of which I visited through referrals.

I suspect my right knee instability is due to injuries in both the ACL and MCL. This instability is causing difficulties when climbing stairs, doing single-leg squats, and other activities. All I need is an MRI, but local clinics in Tokyo have suggested that I might have a fracture. I know this is not the case, as I have fractured bones before and recognize the symptoms. Additionally, having previously torn ligaments and the meniscus in both knees, I am familiar with those injuries' feelings.

Western orthopedists and physiotherapists often perform specific physical tests to diagnose ligament and meniscus injuries accurately, even before a MRI test. Despite undergoing eight years of rehabilitation, my experiences with local clinics in Tokyo have been frustrating due to their lack of practical experiences.

I'm considering St. Luke, Tokyo University and Keio University hospitals. Anywhere else where I could go directly to a knee specialist, but not a random and old dude with Showa era medicine practices? I don't mind paying for the extra fee (going without a referral paper).
