My friend is here on a 3 month student visa and she was decline at docomo when she wanted to apply for a phone number. They told her that if her residence card length of stay is not over a year she couldnt get a phone number. Do you guys know where my friend can get one ? Her phone can only use E Sim, so choices are quite limited. Thankyou
