Got the NHI payment slips today from my city, but I’m moving city next month. Where do I pay?

A bit of an edge case this one.

I currently live in City A. And I got the NHI payment slips. I'm happy to pay the whole year now but I'm moving to City B next month.

Can I pay everything now and would it transfer over? Or should I pay Month 1, and then pay everything after I move to City B?
