Are there any financial services or banks to talk to about loan consolidation?

I’ve got a few loans, house, car, solar etc. I’d love to have them all consolidated to help lower some interest. My mortgage still have a few years left for the tax credit so I’m thinking it’s better to wait until that’s finished before refinancing.

My solar and house loan seem to have ok interest rates by I screwed myself with my car loan. It’s a weird one.
